Don was also the original “Voice of WestMed” for both their IVR System, and their corporate e-learning programs which were delivered live, live to on-demand or on-demand. Donald was fortunate enough to be able to spearhead, design and deploy WestMed’s corporate training programs for their internal and external clients, including Mount Sinai Doctors practices in Brooklyn and Nassau County. These programs involved Don as the scriptwriter, editor, project coordinator and the voice talent for all audio components.
